Our medical robotics team develops algorithmic and AI-based support tools for medical procedures using advanced robotic systems. With Hungary’s only da Vinci Surgical System for research purposes, the lab conducts cutting-edge research in surgical automation, skill assessment, decision support, and telesonography. As a member of the global Da Vinci Research Kit (DVRK) community, the team collaborates with leading universities worldwide.

All seven (7) Obuda University faculties, as well as our research center (EKIK), are eligible to participate in RDI projects. We involve the most relevant research groups, labs, and technical experts based on the specific project needs.
