At the University Innovation Day, it was announced that a market-compliant company will be established at the Óbuda University, based on international best practices, which will enable advanced innovation management. The university innovation ecosystem will thus cover the entire innovation process: from the smallest student initiative to the most complex innovation projects from industry, it will be possible to effectively support innovation projects.

The technology transfer company of Óbuda University has been founded
At the ceremony held in the Art Gallery, Prof. Dr. Levente Kovács, Dean of Óbuda University, presented the renewed university innovation ecosystem, part of which is the Initium Venture Labs with its mission to facilitate the transformation of academic research and innovation into tangible products, services and processes.
Innomeet – The Óbuda University event series has been launched
The first of the monthly INNOMEET events was held on the evening of 17 September, where all the innovation organisations of Óbuda University were presented. The next event will be hosted by the Initium Venture Labs, where a panel discussion on the difficulties and successes of entrepreneurship will be followed by a chance to talk directly and informally with key figures in the ecosystem.
